Berry Almond Oatmeal: Rolled oats cooked with almond milk, topped with fresh mixed berries, a sprinkle of sliced almonds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Mediterranean Quinoa Salad: Quinoa mixed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh parsley. Dressed with a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette.
Vegetable Pasta Primavera: Whole wheat pasta tossed with a variety of sautéed vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and spinach, with a light garlic and olive oil sauce. Garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal: Rolled oats cooked with unsweetened almond milk, diced apples, and a dash of cinnamon. Topped with a few walnuts and a touch of maple syrup.
